Customs Declaration

1.Declaration
The goods arrive at customs. FedEx/DHL will contact you by phone or email.
FedEx/DHL staff will assist you with customs declaration.

2. Documents
The recipient's ID, product page screenshot, order screenshot, and payment screenshot (PayPal/credit card/debit card) 
These documents should be sent to FedEx/DHL via email.

3. Tax Payment
FedEx/DHL will send you a payment link via email. 
You will need to pay for duties and state taxes.

4. Duty-free policy
United States: ≤ US$800, no customs duty and state tax.
Canada: ≤ CAD$20, no customs duty and state tax.

5. Private Purchase
Please do not purchase electrical appliances under a company name. Commercial declarations require a UL certification for the electrical appliance's safety, which may result in customs declaration failure and the item being returned.
Private recipients are not affected.
